- Bert-Co was founded by Berton P. Couturier
- First print jobs were printing matchbook covers
1940s
- Catered largely to travel and tourism industries
- Began offset printing
1950s
- Printed center labels for 78-rpm records
- LP jacket fabrications
1960s
- Became first US record jacket printer for the Beatles
- Started printing posters, mobiles, corrugated displays, and paper sleeves for inside of record jackets
1970s
- Became major provider for record labels such as Capital Records and Columbia Records
1980s
- Became well known to gaming and computer systems such as Atari
- Acquired heat set web presses
- Started to expand in other industries such as cosmetics, food, and nutraceuticals
1990s
- Expanded sheet-fed division
- Relocated sheet-fed division to Mission Road in Los Angeles
2000s
- New product offering emerges: Cine-Pak®

- Became ISO-certified in both facilities
- Introduced Cine-Pak® Stak

- Embraced sustainability issues
- Became FSC-certified
